The Öztekfen V series (VR) consists of three-stage helical hoist drum drive gear units built on the monoblock housing principle, available with or without motor. Machining all housing bores in a single operation ensures high manufacturing accuracy.
The unit bolts directly through lugs on the housing without long studs, and the long centre distance allows larger drum diameters. A long output bearing span and tapered roller bearings increase radial load capacity. Seven housing sizes cover hoisting applications from 0.5 to 50 t.
