Miksan single-phase electric motors are capacitor-run induction motors that operate on a 230 V single-phase supply where no three-phase mains is available. They are built in frame sizes 56 to 71 with outputs from 0.09 kW to 0.75 kW, in 2-pole and 4-pole versions.
Their compact design makes them a common choice for low-power equipment such as small pumps, fans and workshop machinery. ATEX-certified Mono series explosion-proof versions are also available in the same frame range for hazardous areas.
