Founded in 1975 in a small shop in Karaköy, Istanbul, Varan Tulumba (Varan Pompa) now manufactures at its factory in Çobançeşme, Istanbul. The company produces single- and three-phase monoblock, multistage and volute pumps from ½ HP to 125 HP, booster sets, and submersible and drainage pumps.
The range covers AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel pumps, cast-iron centrifugal and multistage pumps, submersible and deep-well pumps, packaged booster sets, fire pumps and fire booster sets, and wet-rotor circulation pumps.
