Emtaş vibration motors generate vibration through eccentric weights on both shaft ends and are bolted directly to the machine by their feet. They are built in frame sizes 80 to 200 with outputs from 0.20 kW to 15 kW and 2, 4, 6 or 10 poles.
The housing, end shields and feet are spheroidal graphite iron; with IP55 protection, class F insulation and a non-ventilated (IC 410) design they are rated for continuous S1 duty. Thermistors and a motor protection relay are standard from frame 132 upwards.
