Volt VSR series synchronous reluctance motors deliver high energy efficiency without any magnets in the rotor. Low heating, low noise and excellent dynamic performance support sustainability goals.
The rotor has neither magnets nor an aluminium cage; instead, specially designed flux barriers in the low-loss lamination stack produce reluctance torque efficiently. The series is built in aluminium frames 71–160 with 2 or 4 poles for 400 V 50 Hz.
